Return & Refund Policy

At Hello Juno, each item is thoughtfully made and carefully packaged. Because many of our products are handcrafted or personalized, we ask that you review the policy below before purchasing.

We accept returns on non-personalized, unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Item must be returned in original packaging 
• Proof of purchase is required
  

• Personalized or custom products 
• Used items 
• Candles that have been burned 
• Body care products that have been opened or used
   

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method 
• Shipping costs are non-refundable 
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
   

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, please return the item and place a new order.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number 
• Photos of the item and packaging 

We will work quickly to make it right.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect 
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method
   

Orders delivered locally or picked up in person follow the same return policy guidelines.
